Easy way to find vg site?

Kinda hard to find Ventro gluteal with most of the diagrams I’ve seen. I think it’s the orientation that throws me off.

Best way for me to describe it is lunge ur leg backward and the VG should flex...like a love handle on ur upper ass cheek.

Exactly or kick your leg a little outward from your side.

Yeah, abduct your leg with your knee locked. The vg will pop up akin to flexing any muscle.

Do a hip abduction, you’ll see your glute medius which is where you want to pin.
