Just LOL if you aren't confusing your muscles

    Here are some of my favorite muscle confusing techniques for u small Faggets:

    • Lifting with a blindfold and randomly grabbing weights, your muscles won’t know how much they’re lifting if you don’t
    • Lifting in different squat racks, sometimes different squat racks for different sets, sometimes different squat racks for the SAME set.
    • Using a sharpie to mark all the dumbells the wrong weight
    • Spinning in a circle before a set can also help disorient/confuse your muscles

    This is nothing new newbie

  • Put a fork in the electrical socket 3x a week to shock the muscles

  • Muscle confusion is ok, but it’s a lot better when you can figure out how to invoke muscle dementia. You can only handle crazy weight, when you have crazy muscles.

  • FYI @“CaptainAmerica” Mandingo has gone on those weird porn spamming sprees before. He did it on the old board before we switched to here. I’m pretty dam sure he wasn’t hacked.

    Bodybuilding.com is a cesspool in itself. I’d argue that being accepted over there is worse than being rejected tbh
