Curious to what everyones nutrition protocol is here – do you count macros and have set meals for each day via meal prep, or do you just make sure to get protein, fat, and some carbs in each meal? Are you consistent day in day out or let off a little bit sometimes?
Any good meal ideas would be appreciated too!
Lately when I’m feeling lazy I’ve been doing shakes with 2 cups whole milk, 2 tblsp avocado oil, banana, and some ice with 2 scoops of whey or casein. That shizz is good!
