[Source Complaint] AusChemLab (10/09/19)

  • I’ve order from ACL several times with no worries. Though my latest order was missing orals (clen and caber). I’ve tried contacting through wickr and email with limited responses and have made a post on their thread but no response yet. I ordered in late August and have wait ample time for package to arrive.

    So far their products have been great just chasing up the orals for current cycle.

    I think this is just supposed to be an accountability thing. If it’s a reasonable claim the source responds so they cover their ass. If they don’t respond then it’s a blemish on the sources record.

  • There was an update made on their website mentioning this post:

    “13 orders pending (Australia domestic few international).
    We try to get everything out as quick as possible.
    Everything will be out by October 19.
    We will update and check with forums, there was a complaint made on SST, that person can you email me your order name and number.
    Yes we are behind on emails, wickr is somewhat up to date at latest replies in 7 days. Emails a bit long but it would be a easier process via emails.
    Compensation will be given to older orders.”

    Don’t know why there is no reply here though. @“Onleash” could you please update when you hear anything more? I was planning to put in an order soon.

    Thanks for letting me know, I’ve sent an email. Will update when there’s an update.

  • -I will reply to all of you as soon as SSL get fixed today.
    -We are not scamming we are just inactive and I’m sorry I wasn’t available, upper management didn’t like this alongside any of you guys. Although I did say all orders will be processed by 19 October.
    -It’s hard running a big operation with very specific people while keeping security on par.
    -Krish, I told you that I would reply within 5-6 hours sorry I couldn’t on time.
    -Personal life and travelling countries for work, keeping a tight connection gets hard.
    -Any old orders I will double up and add compensation one way or another.
    -We will change order info details via email only, while wickr is general messages.

    And no I haven’t been held for ransom and some have speculated.

    I’ll do my best to keep this updated as I go.

    The way we’ll go today is

    • Order Update - Done
    • Email Update - Done
    • Wickr Updates

  • Update: Made contact through email and SD has provided the tracking info and an incorrect address was on the order and was returned to sender. Don’t really understand how as I received the other portion of the order just fine. SD has said he can’t help and can only provide a discount coupon and that I should get a PO Box, though I’ve had no dramas with my mailbox up until now.

    As it’s been two months since my order I’ve already finished my cycle and don’t need the orals. I’m very unimpressed with the response I got and won’t be ordering from AusChemLabs in the future.

    Wait, what the fuck? You provided him with the correct address, got one of the packs, but he put the wrong address on the other pack and he isn’t willing to reship it despite the error being on his end? What a joke of a source if this is indeed true. Not only should a source never make a mistake like that, but if they somehow do they should own it and compensate you by sending free extras alongside your missing pack.

    If you provided an incorrect address that is 100% on you and you aren’t owed anything, but I don’t see how that could be the case as you’d never have gotten the first pack with an inaccurate address.

    Definitely gonna need to hear some follow up on this one

  • It’s been 5weeks and I’m still waiting on my orders. I got 1 order after 4weeks and it is was the wrong order. ( he replies) days later, you can use them Compounds instead. First of all I didn’t want them. Secondly I want what I ordered… he did say their been deleys And he will compensate on everything. So far nothing hasn’t came, express doesn’t take weeks or aweek. I have family working in auspost different areas.

    Interstate within aus ( 1-3days max ). Mostly received them with next day delivery. Either he’s lying or it’s his shippers that are lying about things bending sent.
