NPP Side Effects

  • I added NPP to my normal TRT dose of testosterone a week ago. 60mg a day (.3mL) for a total of 420mg a week. My neck and ears are already bright red, and I feel like my whole head, neck, and face have a lot of pressure on them. Will be getting labs done Monday to check blood markers, but when I donated a month and a half ago my hemoglobin was only at 16. Any advice on how to mitigate this?

  • Do a shitload of cardio?

  • What source NPP?

  • Your body is getting used to the new compound. Trust me npp is the only compound I got not one side

    So just stick with it?

Right now it’s 121/74, but I’m not currently feeling like I was. It starts to happen in the afternoon usually and varies in duration sometimes into the next morning. I’ll check it again if I get to feeling that way tomorrow afternoon

Yes stick with it. Trust me you’ll love it. Also it takes a few weeks to do its thing.

That’s why. Some people have complained of allergic reactions to this carrier. Similar to EO, it’s a hit or miss.

Take a Tylenol and it should help

  • It’s unlikely to be NPP and probably the oil/recipe it’s carried in. Could be allergic reaction.

Are you on anything else? Orals?

  • NPP is by far my favorite compound and I respond really well to it. That said though it seems to trigger migraines for me unfortunately, but that’s the only side effect I’ve ever experienced and it’s fairly individualized.

  • Apologies for the minor hijack but this is sort of on topic if we are talking NPP sides.

I want to add this in over the winter for the size gain and the other benefits. My only concern is the hysteria (manly T-Nation) around 19Nor floppy dick syndrome. Assuming I have a good grip on E2 and also have a stock of caber how real a problem is this? You guys seem to be better balanced compared to other forums and less inclined to hysteria so would be interested in you experience/view.

As I have said before, Mrs Rainbows is very understanding but having the little rainbow not work is not acceptable!

  • My take on sexual sides, and some of the info below applies to most sides in a general sense:

    • Keep your estrogen and prolactin in normal range. Even within the normal range, most people have a certain area where they feel ‘better’, e.g., some people feel great with lower estro, and some feel better when it’s higher in the range. The only way to be certain of your levels is to get bloodwork done, but with some experience and awareness, many users can get a general sense of where they’re at.

    • Use an appropriate injection schedule for any given compound! I never do NPP (or Ace or Prop) EOD - I always pin daily. This makes a huge difference in sides for me, and I even notice if I pin several hours late/early. When it comes to hormones, your body likes an equilibrium. I really don’t think this gets stressed enough in AAS usage circles.

    • Being mentally stable. Male sexual performance is largely a mental issue since you have to physically get hard. Get your mind right - too many men worry about what women think of their sexual performance. Most of them are just happy to get off once in a while, and if you have a strong desire for them, and cum with enthusiasm, they’re over the moon. This isn’t to say don’t try your best - there’s a very real power in making women completely lose their shit in bed because you’re giving it to them like no man ever has before. 🙂

    • When in doubt, just use Viagra/Cialis - there’s no shame in it. My sex drive hasn’t dropped since I was a 14 year old jerking off to any movie scene that showed a nipple for 3 seconds, and I still use these for some enhanced fun. I think of it just like AAS - it’s an enhancement, so why not take advantage of it responsibly?

  • @“apexalab” thank you brother, I fully understand and already tick all four boxes that you put forward. I suppose the only way I will ever know is to give it a go

    No. Just Test and NPP

If I’m allergic to the carrier oil, wouldn’t I have some local irritation around injection sites?

I wouldn’t fuck around with it further, dude. I’d drop the NPP and continue with just the test. If it clears you know it’s the cause and can add that to your knowledge base about that carrier for future cycles. Good luck, bro.

Not always, I was running a sources PWO’s and whatever recipe they had been using was giving me mad sides, never had any sort of irritation or issue at the injection site.

I would agree with @“dudebro73” , it’s short ester so just stop that shit and clear it and see if your issues resolve. May be worth finding another source that uses a different recipe to give that a go.
